Adam Wagster began his recruitment career by joining Reed Finance in 1998; here he was responsible for senior finance positions throughout the UK. In 1999 he formed a boutique search firm called WPC International which focused on senior sales positions throughout Europe for major finance and investment institutions.

In 2003 Adam joined the Caudwell Group where he was responsible for driving the recruitment strategy within the global telecommunications business. He assisted in growing the business to 10,000 staff and an annual turnover of £2.2 billion with operations throughout UK, Europe, Middle East and the Americas. Following the sale of the Caudwell Group for £1.5 billion to private equity investors in 2006, Adam was approached to join a highly entrepreneurial recruitment business where he was responsible for growing the technology and telecommunications practice across Europe.

Now based in Doha, Qatar, Adam is a founding Director of MENATSA Executive Recruitment Solutions and is responsible for the Technology and Telecoms practice. In this capacity he works with a number of the region's most prominent institutions.
