Damian joined MENATSA in April 2009 to develop and deliver the vision of the shareholders through his 12 years of industry experience working with major Blue Chip clients.

Prior to joining MENATSA, Damian spent 3 years as Managing Director of Nationwide Resourcing Group, a business that delivered recruitment solutions across EMEA, and included clients such as Vodafone, Allianz, Fortis, Reuters & BT. Damian was instrumental in the engagement of these clients, and oversaw the delivery of high calibre candidates. His experience here encompassed several sectors namely Insurance, Finance, Telecommunications, Retail, Distribution, Contact Centre, Sales and IT.

Damian enjoyed 3 years with the Caudwell Group prior to his engagement at NRG, during which he grew the internal recruitment team from 18 to over 100 thereby minimising the Group's reliance on external recruitment agencies. Damian's team delivered recruitment from Telesales and Field Sales through to CFO, CTO & CEO of the Group companies. In 2005 his team recruited 600 staff for a new business within 4 months from first briefing to candidates live within the business. His earlier career comprised 4 years as a Director and specialist 'headhunter' of a boutique recruitment business, Rezource IT Recruitment, specialising in Contract and Permanent recruitment in the software development industry.

His humble beginnings came about through a Graduate Fast-Track program run by Huxley Associates (S3 Group), where Damian quickly out performed many of his peers to become a leading figure within the business, involved in inception and go live of new offices within his first 6 months.
