Sheikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani - Chairman
Sheikh Nasser is Chairman of NBA Holdings, MENATSA's parent company; he oversees all Group activities which include Executive Search, Legal Advisory, Real Estate Management and Construction. In addition to this Nasser has held a number of senior positions within Investment and Real Estate businesses and he is currently spearheading Qatar's hospitality industry growth through Aspire Katara Investments.
Adam Wagster - Managing Director
Adam Wagster began his recruitment career by joining a Global Recruitment business in 1998; here he was responsible for senior finance positions throughout the UK. In 1999 he formed a boutique search firm called WPC International which focused on senior sales positions throughout Europe for major finance and investment institutions.
In 2003 Adam joined the Caudwell Group where he was responsible for driving the recruitment strategy within the global telecommunications business. He assisted in growing the business to 10,000 staff and an annual turnover of £2.2 billion with operations throughout UK, Europe, Middle East and the Americas. Following the sale of the Caudwell Group for £1.5 billion to private equity investors in 2006, Adam was approached to join a highly entrepreneurial recruitment business where he was responsible for growing the technology and telecommunications practice across Europe.
Now based in Doha, Qatar, Adam is a founding Director of MENATSA Executive Recruitment Solutions and as Managing Director is responsible for growing the business throughout the region. He also leads the Telecom & Technology and Construction Practices, managing and developing key C-Level relationships with Global and Regional clients.

Jonathan Green - Head of Financial Services
Jonathan started his career in 2002 where he joined the IT recruitment division of Harvey Nash in London, placing specialist IT consultants into Tier 1, 2 and boutique investment banks.
He was then 'headhunted' by a niche financial services executive recruitment firm based in the DIFC, Dubai where he concluded a number of business critical assignments for some of the most well known financial services firms based within the MENA region.
Jonathan is a founding Director of MENATSA Executive Recruitment Solutions and is responsible for developing the firms brand and client offerings within the financial services sector.

Jennifer Cardwell - Search Specialist
Joining the MENATSA team at the start of 2010, Jennifer offers a wealth of local experience to the Company having been based in the GCC region for the past 8 years. Building strong relationships with Clients and Candidates to ensure the perfect partnership Jennifer has experience within Specialist Searches as well as Contingent Recruitment at all levels from Senior Management to Junior Staff across a number of industry sectors including; Government Organisations, Holding Companies, Oil & Gas, Banking & Finance, Real Estate Development, Construction, Retail and Media.
Prior to joining MENATSA, Jennifer worked with the Executive Search arm of a Global end to end Human Resources Solutions Company and was responsible for the strategic management of the Research Function of the Qatar office. Jennifer joined at the inception of the Qatar business and was involved in the initial start up of the business establishing the Research Team from scratch as well as carrying out business development and nurturing both Client and Candidate relationships.
Previously, Jennifer has worked at a management level in the Hospitality and Retail industries in both the UK and the Middle East and completed a BA Retail Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.

Christopher James - Consultant
Chris brings more than 5 years of executive search experience to his role as a consultant and is a member of the firm’s Telecom, IT and Media practices. At MENATSA Chris has successfully undertaken search assignments for leading technology and consumer-oriented companies across a spectrum of products, services and solutions. He has effectively managed search assignments at various levels across the MENA region. His deep analysis and probing insights grant him an exceptional ability to secure candidates that are an excellent fit with the clients’ expectations.
Prior to joining MENATSA Chris was part of a boutique search firm, where he served as a consultant primarily in the Hospitality sector and has also conducted searches in Retail and Financial services industry.
Chris holds a post-graduation in Hospitality Business management from Sheffield Hallam University majoring in human resource management and organisational excellence.
