A large Group is looking to recruit an experienced Country Manager to take full responsibility for the operations of their retail business in UAE

You will be responsible for:

* Managing the retail stores
* Developing new store locations
* Recruitment and management of all operational staff
* Full P&L Accountability for the region

Skills:
You will have experience of running a large retail footprint, ideally with experience of developing a store network in a new territory.

Knowledge of the UAE would be an advantage but not essential, however, an understanding of the cultural needs of the GCC is.

You will have around 10 years + experience of working within the retail industry and the drive and commitment to develop a new business.
