Our client are a Development Management Consultancy who operate in the Construction Field.

They are currently looking to recruit a HR Performance Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.

The HR Performance Manager will ensure the consistent implementation of the performance management policies and procedures throughout the organisation, as well as providing regular training for management to ensure efficiency in regards to the performance evaluation of their subordinates.

Skills:
Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of increasing experience in a related position.
- Excellent knowledge of performance management tools.
- Strong leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills.

Candidates MUST be fluent in both English and Arabic and have experience working in the GCC.
