Our client are a leading iconic real estate company who are currently recruiting for a Lead Planner - Business Development Planning.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in planning out of which at least 5 years should be within client organisations related to business development planning and reporting.

Nature of Duties Include:
Program management for the development program for a large infrastructure project.
Preparation of the business development program in coordination with all stakeholders and reporting.

Skills:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent engineering degree.
Project Management Certifiaction

Skills Required:

Proficiency in planning software, especially Priavera P6
Well versant with MS Office Packages
Excellent Communication & Reporting skills
Ability to initiate performance measurement criteria / tools in planning
