- To assist the Head of Private Banking.
- To be the interface between the local customers and the Dubai platform for all the execution, administrative, risk or regulatory issues.
- To follow up with the platform in Dubai the execution of deals initiated by our customers.
- To ensure the administrative , regulatory , risk follow up of the Private banking files.
- To be responsible of the filing of all Private banking, files, documentation….
- To process all local due diligence to comply with QFCRA regulation.
- To interact with the different support functions in Dubai .
- To be in charge of the Private Banking reporting , presentation, memos, call reports, credit proposals .
- To liaise with customers when required .

Skills:
- Good team spirit and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to interact with customers as well as HO , international network of the bank.
- At least 2 or 3 years of banking experience in a back /middle office.
- Ability to take initiative .
- Ambitious and hardworking
- Rigorous and well organized
