Main Purpose of Role:

• • Undertake technical appraisals of opportunities.

• Ensure transactions are structured to mitigate risks.

• To include financial model building, testing and analysis.

• Craft appropriate credit package (CFR) for review and approval.

• Execute on structured debt opportunities originating from primarily IBD and other CB business areas.

• Where appropriate, review and negotiate legal documents and coordinate all legal documents with syndicate banks when acting as agent.

• Where appropriate, formulate Information Memorandum for distribution to banks for participation.

• Preparing marketing material for arranging mandates, negotiating term sheets with sponsors and relevant financial parties.

• Be able to work with a syndicate of banks to execute suitable transactions.

• Ensure overall professional management of client relationships.

• Cross-sell relevant products from other areas of the Bank.

• Reports to AGM-International and FI.

Skills:
Background and Qualifications:

• University degree in finance. Must be proficient in financial maths and financial model building.

• Must have complex deal execution background preferably across the GCC.

• Previous Project Finance experience in the GCC will be an advantage.

• Must have strong knowledge of LMA standard loan documentation and ability to confidently negotiate at a senior level.

• Must be able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

• • Previous experience of leading Project Finance deal teams will be an advantage.

• Strong Financial Modelling Skills.

• Strong Credit Analysis Skills.

• Exposure to the whole origination, due diligence, structuring and execution cycle of a Project Finance transaction
