A large Retail group is recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to take strategic and operational responsibility for the entire process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier performance against agreed SLA’s and a range of complex KPI’s to ensure the objectives of the division are met
• Adopt, implement and improve quality control processes to drive performance and compliance with the standards expected across multiple brands and regions
• Ensure the supply chain process results in improved customer satisfaction and ensure sufficient measurement exists for subsequent use across the business

Skills:
You will have experience of managing the end to end supply chain in a fast moving retail environment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience of developing a world class and responsive supply chain within an retail environment
• Ability to work at all levels, engaging with stakeholders, and have the gravitas to make things happen
• Strong academic background, ideally with a Supply Chain related qualification
• Motivational Team Builder
• International cross cultural management experience
• Effective negotiator
